Pin it to Claude
  1. In claude.ai → Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Paste the URL below.
  4. Hit Connect and sign in with Google.
What you can do
  • Jot anything down add_todo
    Capture a task with a category, a priority (low / normal / high / urgent) and a due date — all optional but the title. No form to fill: just say it.

    Pull up what to tackle now — open items ranked urgent-first then by soonest due — or filter the full list by category, priority or a “due before” date.

  • Catch what’s slipping overdue_todos
    Surface everything past due, oldest-first, with how many days each has been hanging — so nothing quietly rots at the bottom of the list.

    Mark a task done, or amend one in place — rename it, re-prioritise, reschedule the due date, or append a note as things change.

Combine them
  • “Remind me to renew the passport by the 25th, high priority — then show me what’s overdue and pull up my board.”
    Claude files it with add_todo, lists what’s slipped with overdue_todos, then opens the tick-able todo_board — all in one breath.
  • “What’s my morning look like? Knock out the dentist call, and move anything I missed yesterday to today.”
    Claude reads next_todos, marks the call done with complete_todo, then reschedules the stragglers from overdue_todos via update_todo.
